• Downloading the app on the App Store or Google Play includes one month of access.
• Ongoing access requires a monthly subscription, managed at withsolene.com.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our payment processor's policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Solène for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

6. AI-generated content

Solène's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some cases. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

7. Intellectual property

The Solène app and all its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create within the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Solène is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
